Brett's passion for education began with Pursue the Passion, a career education initiative that took him on two cross-country interview tours to explore how people find purpose in their work. That journey led to the publication of a career-readiness book and more than 100 keynote speeches delivered at schools, universities, and education conferences nationwide.

As a contributor to SHRM, Forbes, and TIME, Brett writes about educational leadership, student engagement, and the future of learning.
